Condition descriptions of the watches

Buying a watch online is based on trust – trust in the dealer and in their offer.
For us, this includes providing a detailed description of the items to give our customers an accurate impression of the products on offer.

That’s why we want to make assessing the condition of our watches as simple and at the same time as detailed as possible.
For each watch, you’ll find not only high-resolution images but also a detailed condition description.

Our team of experts prepares these condition descriptions to the best of their knowledge and in consultation with our associated master watchmaker service. However, please note that this is always a subjective assessment of the watch’s condition, which may differ from your personal opinion.

If you have any questions regarding the description of a watch’s condition, we are happy to hear from you by phone at +49 89 54896600 or via our contact form with reference to the item number.

Our experts are happy to take the time for you and provide detailed and professional purchase advice.
