Payment Terms
I. Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Cash payment upon collection
II. Shipping outside Germany
For deliveries outside Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:
- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Cash payment upon collection
III. Detailed Information on the Individual Payment Methods
1. Payment in Advance by Bank Transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account immediately after conclusion of the contract, stating the designated payment reference. Our bank details and the payment reference will be provided to you separately by email as part of the order processing.
We will first inform you by email once your payment has been received and the goods you ordered are therefore ready for collection. Upon receipt of this email, you may collect the goods by prior appointment at the following address:

2. Payment upon Collection
You may collect the goods purchased online in person from our retail store at Schwanthaler Str. 102, 80336 Munich, and pay on site either in cash or by debit card.
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
