Shipping Information / Collection in Person
When purchasing an item from our online shop, you may either collect the purchased item in person or have it delivered, depending on the gross value of the goods.
A. Collection of Goods in Person
Please note that collection in person is only possible upon presentation of a valid identity card or passport (including proof of residential or billing address, provided that this is not expressly stated in the passport).
B. Shipping of Goods
I. Shipping within Germany and to German Islands
Depending on the size and value of your order, goods will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or by armed valuables transport. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the information below.
For a gross value of goods of up to EUR 500, a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 15.00 applies.
For a gross value of goods of up to EUR 10,000, a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 39.00 applies.
For a gross value of goods of up to EUR 15,000, a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 79.00 applies.
For a gross value of goods of up to EUR 25,000, a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 119.00 applies.
For a gross value of goods of EUR 25,001 or more, no flat-rate shipping via UPS or FedEx is available. Instead, the goods will be shipped by armed valuables transport. The shipping costs must be individually agreed and calculated with our shipping service provider.
We therefore recommend contacting us by telephone or email before purchasing an item with a value exceeding EUR 25,000 if you require shipping.
For goods with a gross value of EUR 100,000 or more, we do not offer shipping. Such items may only be collected in person.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We currently ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain (mainland)
Due to the EU Packaging Regulation applicable since 12 August 2026, we are unfortunately currently forced to discontinue shipping to all other European countries.
We deeply regret this decision. The new legal requirements entail a significant additional amount of time and financial expense for us, which unfortunately means that we are no longer able to offer Europe-wide shipping as before.
We sincerely ask our customers for their understanding and thank you for your trust and continued loyalty.

III. Delivery Times
1. Information on the Calculation of the Delivery Date
In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day following the day on which the payment order is issued to the bank carrying out the transfer. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract. The delivery period ends at the end of the last day of the specified period.
If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace that day.
a) Delivery Times within Germany
Delivery takes place within 3–5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and officially recognized public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the bank carrying out the transfer (in the case of payment in advance).
If an item is exceptionally out of stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is therefore extended, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
b) Delivery Times outside Germany
Delivery takes place within 5–7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and officially recognized public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the bank carrying out the transfer (in the case of payment in advance).
If an item is exceptionally out of stock or not immediately available and the delivery time is therefore extended, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
2. Information on Different Delivery Times When Purchasing Multiple Items
If you order several items from us as part of a single order and different delivery times apply to these items, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you.
In this case, the delivery period applicable to the entire shipment shall be the delivery period specified for the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
