About Us
We are a family-run master workshop for the exclusive watch service of renowned watch brands, located at the Theresienwiese. With us, years of experience are combined with innovation, and we place great value on the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyzing watch movements to diagnose malfunctions or defects
- Performing repairs, maintenance, and fine adjustments on mechanical and electronic watches
- Quality assurance and final inspection of completed maintenance and repair work
- Restoration and refurbishment of watch cases and bracelets
- Documenting the work performed and maintaining customer records
- Receiving watches for service and handing over the fully repaired timepieces
- Advising customers on the proper care, handling, and maintenance of their watches (in person, by phone, or via email)
- General administrative tasks such as preparing cost estimates, invoicing, ordering spare parts, and corresponding with suppliers and customers
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a watchmaker (m/f/d) and ideally the master craftsman examination to become a master watchmaker (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in precision mechanics or watch technology
- Professional experience working with high-end wristwatches
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Precise, careful, independent, and systematic way of working, along with a strong awareness of quality
- Team spirit, reliability, and strong customer focus
